This year's Distinguished Young Women (DYW) of West Jefferson High School were phenomenal! Each young lady represented themselves and West Jefferson High School with grace and finesse. Congratulations to all who participated! Last year's winner, Jaylee Ball, passed the DYW torch over to this year's winner, Ethnie Shaffer. The first runner-up was Hailey Moss, the second runner-up was Abby Wilcox, the third runner-up was Lillian Sauer and the Spirit of DYW winner was Kirra Falter!
